Tanning must be paid in full prior to your appointment.

The tanning service fee includes two scheduled coats of tan plus backstage touch-ups and posing oil.

 

Once you have paid for your tan, your order will be in queue to be assigned two appointment times. Your scheduled time will be emailed to you 1 week before show day.

 

Please note that you will be assigned two seperate appointment times. Your base coat appointment takes place on Friday late afternoon/evening. Your final coat of stage bronzer takes place on Saturday morning. Following those two scheduled appointments, we will also be backstage for last minute touchups, oil and glue for both pre-judging and finals. 

 

Athletes must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation to receive a refund on tanning services. No-shows and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are 100% non-refundable.

Absolutely no photography, filming or vlogging is allowed in the spray room. 

Hardbody Bronze is not responsible for lost or stolen items in our tanning areas or work spaces. Please leave valuables at home or secure them with friends or family on-site.

Hardbody Bronze is not responsible for damage to your home room due to your spray tan. You must bring your own sheets and towels. The hotel may charge you a fee for any damage or staining of their linens.
