REFUNDS & Policies

Tanning must be paid in full prior to your appointment. Athletes must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation to receive a refund on tanning services. No-shows and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are 100% non-refundable.

Makeup and hair appointments require advance payment in full to secure an appointment and are 100% non-refundable. Submission of payment on the website does NOT guarantee availability unless you have confirmed an appointment time with us in advance. Please email or text us for availability prior to submitting payment.

All athletes must abide by COVID-19 guidelines put in place by Hardbody Bronze, the host hotel or the venue on the day of service. 

Hardbody Bronze is not responsible for lost or stolen items in our tanning areas or work spaces. Please leave valuables at home or secure them with friends or family on-site.
